New DKP decay rules:

1) weekly DKP decay: if you don't raid for a week - 25 % of DKP gained that reset period
2) monthly DKP decay:
a) if you are not raid active for a month - losing 1/3 of DKP you have
b)if you are not raid active for two months - losing 2/3 of DKP you have
c) if you are not raid active for three months - losing 3/3 of DKP you have (you go to 0)
